DJ Reminisce is one of the pioneers of the Canadian west coast bhangra & hip-hop scene . His sound gives gracious nods towards Rishi Rich, Bally Sagoo, Jassi Sidhu, Juggy D among many others. While he still rocks parties with his dj'ing skills; he is now venturing into the music world as an artist.

What do u get when u take a dhol player, a tabla player, a Sitar, a punjabi singer and a Violin?

A beautiful orchestra formed by some of our local talent from Vancouver, BC known as "Delhi 2 Dublin". Originally formed in 2006 as a one time jam session, they have seen immense success with their hard hitting, underground fusion sound. This five member crew consists of Tarun Nayer (Tabla), Sanjay Seran (Vocals), Ravi Binning (Dhol), Andrew Kim (Sita) player, Kytami (Violinist).

Delhi 2 Dublin has seamlessly fused the Celtic sound with traditional bhangra beats.
They have been playing at various folk festivals, parties and gigs across Canada with their big break performing in front of thousands in Ottawa for Canada Day on Parliament Hill.

"We didn't set out to write fusion music. We just set out to have a good time! When this project came together almost 2 years ago, our main bond was that we liked to party together on stage. We LOVE playing live, vibing off one another, joking around... We started writing music that brought us to that space, music to make us smile, to make us sweaty on the dance floor, music that lifted our hearts. And it just so happened that because of our various backgrounds, from Indian to Irish to Anglo-Saxon to Korean, we ended up making 'fusion' music.

Maybe what we really represent is a universal shift, a movement away from cultural and religious boundaries and towards understanding, friendship and love. These are exciting, yet trying, times and sometimes it seems as if the whole world is going crazy. Where many often focus on differences and separations, we think that Delhi 2 Dublin may be here to show that we are now, and have always been, one and the same.

Delhi 2 Dublin released their first self-titled CD in December 2007 and is available for download on Itunes. This 10 track album consists of Electro-acoustic Celtic-Punjabi Fusion with touches of Reggae, Break-beat, Drum 'n Bass, and Hip Hop. Their sound is influenced by traditional instruments and vocals from Northern India and Ireland with breakthrough, hard-hitting beats.
