Public Talk ?Human Approaches to World Peace?

Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre (TCCC) with Canadian Tibetan Association of Ontario (CTAO) once again is privileged to officially host the visit of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama to Toronto from October 22 to 25, 2010.

The honorary Canadian citizen and Nobel Peace Prize laureate will speak on “Human Approaches to World Peace”, at Rogers Centre in Toronto on October 22. Toronto is the only Canadian city on his North American visit this year so this will be a very special event.

For the talk, His Holiness will share his personal outlook on striking a balance between material development and spiritual development in our modern world. He will also speak on the importance of humanitarian values for personal and world peace.

Proceeds from these events will go towards TCCC’s charitable work to preserve Tibet’s unique culture.

Date: Friday, October 22, 2010 at 2: 00 pm.
          Gates open at  12:30 pm. Please arrive early to go through security.
