In Jhootha Hi Sahi, John Abraham will be seen in a new avatar as he steps into the role of a typical “Geek.”
Abbas Tyrewala, under the banner of Sa Re Ga Ma, is directing the movie which also stars his wife Pakhi as the lead actress opposite John. Madhavan along with Nandana Sen will make a guest appearance in the film,
The film revolves around an obsessive liar and deals with the telephonic relationship between strangers Sid (John) and Mishka (Pakhi). Now being a nerd, a simpleton Sid tries to woo his phone pal by telling lies, which his friends find quite amusing.
‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’ was initially titled 1-800 Love and later Call Me Dil. However the makers changed it to ‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’ when they found the former titles don’t relate to the film.
One of the highlights of the movie is its music, which is composed by the Academy Award winning music director AR Rahman.
The movie is also suspected to be inspired from the television series Friends and is one of the much waited films of the year. So be sure to catch the film at any one of the theatres below:
