Together, they bring warm, lyrical ghazals, natya sangeet, and a selection of Bollywood hits that showcase Asha Bhosle’s supreme versatility and talent to The Royal Conservatory’s Koerner Hall on Sunday, October 2, 2011. They are joined by Nitin Shankar (percussion/music director), Fazal Qureshi, brother of Zakir Hussein, (tabla), and Santosh Mulekar (keyboards).
